ABSTRACT The aim of this article was to analyze the effects (diagnostic, interactive, and combined) use performance measurement systems (PMS) on environmental satisfaction reflections that employees’ green work engagement. Studies management control (MCS) results have prioritized organizational variables, such as sustainable/environmental development. Efforts directed toward MCS foster behaviors are limited.
